Employee Directory & Master
Maintain existing employees records with the employee's exact company work email. This email is now required when saving a master record. Creating a master record does not create a Firebase Authentication account; link the existing Firebase UID in the section below. Salary is held separately. No passwords are handled here.

Employee removal & access safety
Choose an inactive or separated employee. Disable all linked Employee Portal access before any further cleanup. Payroll, attendance and statutory records are retained.
Full Firebase account deletion requires privileged server credentials; it cannot be performed from this browser. HR/Admin claims must be revoked separately when applicable.
Employee access · Firebase UID linking
First create and verify the employee's Email/Password account in Firebase Authentication. For an existing employee, select Edit in the master list to fill the Employee ID and saved work email automatically. Paste the employee's Authentication UID and its exact login email below. This Admin-only action updates only the employee work email and the access link (not salary, attendance, or passwords).
This action writes the exact login email to employees/{employeeId}.workEmail and employeeAccess/{uid}.email. It does not create a Firebase Authentication account. Confirm the UID and email from Firebase Authentication first.
Confidential employee details
Admin-only Firestore storage in employeePrivate/{employeeId}. Never place these fields in the public employee master.
Aadhaar is limited to its last four digits. Employee photo upload requires a verified Storage security policy and is not enabled here.
Attendance & Reviewed Corrections
An unpunched day is not treated as present until its approved regularisation is applied successfully. Use the Regularisation queue below to create missing attendance safely. Existing punches can be corrected after CEO review.
Corrections are recorded, but client activity logs are not tamper-proof audit trails.
Regularisation Approvals & Application
Approve & Apply performs both steps together. Older approved requests need one-time application before showing as present. The employee calendar only turns green after attendance is saved.

Hold before release: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, paid days, deductions, joining date, state, and applicability must be independently checked. No statutory filing or payment execution is available.
